Tammy Strikes a Pose

Whose Woods These Are...
My first snowshoeing trip with Tammy. We drove up 23 to the beautiful High Point State Park. There we rented some gear and bundled up. Despite the temperature in the teens, we had a ton of fun. I definitely like snowshoeing better than skiing and will do it again, soon!

Was I ever really this young? I've recently reconnected with some of the Peace Corps Volunteers with whom I served in the Central African Republic. My friend Anne Pethe Clamoungou just posted this photo, taken, we believe, near the rainforests of the Central African Republic, close to M'Baiki, the village where I served as a TEFL teacher at the lycee.
