Fun Gee

It's that time of year
underfoot food from wet soil

In the driveway getting the Sunday paper

a woman walking
early alone, her sadness
a wet mutt trails her

-------------

flying her mojo
like a black kite thru grey skies
I smile, she does not

--------------

a woman walking
wafting her black mood past me
I wave; she looks down
